We are a group of consultants with more than thirty years of experience in public safety and security, leadership development, grant writing and management, special events and conferences, women empowerment seminars and retreats.
Our consultants have worked in the public and private sector, as well as, non-profit executive leadership.
We are a small, woman, and Indigenous owned business.

Public Safety
Our consultants have over thirty (30) years of experience in the public safety field. Our specialty areas include but are not limited to community policing, crime prevention, crime analysis, investigative analysis, intelligence analysis, media relations, crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED), executive protection, threat assessment, community engagement, sector policing, accreditation for law enforcement (CALEA).
Grants
Our consultants have thirty years of experience in writing federal, state, and local government grants, management and fiscal reporting. We excel at public private partnerships, through foundation grant writing and donations in kind.We have proven skill organizing fund raising events and managing donor portfolios.
Conferences/Retreats
Our consultants have experience in conference planning, managing logistics, communications, and managing all aspects of a conference or retreat to have a successful event.
